Star Clippers

There is no strict dress code on Star Clippers ships - tuxedos and evening gowns are absolutely unnecessary, even at the Captains Dinner. Rather, there is a casual, relaxed atmosphere on board, which the guests particularly appreciate. You can watch the bridge and the officers navigating at any time. With the sails set and the wind in your hair, you will feel pure freedom.

The Royal Clipper has been officially registered in the Guinness Book of Records since 2001 as the largest sailing ship in the world.

At the beginning of the 21st century, a new era was heralded with the completion of the Royal Clipper. A replica of her illustrious predecessor, the Preussen, in terms of sails and rigging, the Royal Clipper is the only five-masted full-rigged ship currently cruising the world's seas.

The 134 m long Royal Clipper offers optimal sailing characteristics, combined with a touch of adventure and the tradition that you can feel on board the largest sailing ship in the world. All of this, however, combined with exceptional extras and amenities that can only be found on a modern luxury yacht. The imposing external appearance of the Royal Clipper continues in the unusually spacious interior. Its centerpiece is a three-storey atrium, through which sunlight falls into the elegantly furnished restaurant. Here you can enjoy the culinary delicacies created by chefs from all over the world in a relaxed atmosphere without a fixed seating arrangement or the obligation to wear a tie. The restaurant seats all passengers at once, so there is only one dining session.

On the 16 meter wide five-master with 1,760 sqm of deck space, 227 guests can be accommodated in six inside cabins, 90 outside cabins, two deck cabins, 14 deluxe cabins with private balconies and two luxurious owner suites. A platform can be lowered from the stern, allowing easy access to water sports. One of the many highlights is the Captain Nemo Lounge with spa and fitness area, which offers a unique view of the underwater world around the sailing ship.
